In the city, on your route, you move with purpose, with speed, on your errand, heading to work, heading home.
Do you feel the movement?
Do you hear the city beat?
Do you feel your inner beat?
Do you feel the movement?
Do you hear the city beat?
Do you feel your inner beat?
Don't You Feel It Too is "a participatory radical street dance practice for social healing and inner-life liberation" created by Marcus Young. These images are from one of the first of the DYFITT events, in 2008 during the 2008 Republican National Convention, where participants spread across the St. Paul city center donned their headphones with their favorite playlist, and over the course of a few hours danced their way to meet together in the center.
